E3 Restorations began with a modest business model to buy two properties a year with the purpose of renovating and selling one in the fall and one in the spring. This allows us to pursue our other passion- travel- in the summertime and have enough time to do our best work on our homes.
However, since listing our properties for sale, we have gotten dozens of requests to “do” other people’s homes. We have the capacity to take on a limited number of such projects, and are happy to discuss any of the below services with you.

Fees
Because our first project was self-financed, cost management was a big concern. From our perspective, a critical component of efficient design is cost control. High cost does not necessarily ensure high quality, nor does lower cost mean sacrificing quality.
We believe in full transparency and simple, straightforward pricing. In short, we don’t waste our money, and we won’t waste yours.
- Non-structural/interior redesign:
- Residential: $100 per hour, 10-hour minimum commitment (no commission on goods/services)
- Commercial: $3/foot, $10,000 minimum (no commission on goods/services)
- Structural redesign and construction:
- Residential: $150 per hour, 40-hour minimum
- Commercial: $12/foot, $25,000 minimum
- Design and construction of additions
- Residential: $175 per hour, 40-hour minimum
- Commercial: $15/foot, $25,000 minimum
- General contracting services and project management
- Residential: $200 per hour or per project, $20,000 minimum
